602 Talk! If you are not embarrassed by your first release then you released too late - Sam Becker

Recently released a custom in-house app developed by a team of 1 full-time developer (myself) and a part-time developer who also the IT Administrator. I talk about the importance of prototyping and getting the app in the hands of the actual users vs management. But, also the importance of management and having to meet deadlines which inevitably causes planned technical debt. All of our plant floor operators use the app as instructions to manufacture industrial nameplates and log quality inspections. This app is accessed via tablet at operator workstations and replaced a paper traveler that each operator signed by hand. It uses a combination of Aura, LWC, and Apex that starts from an LWC and opens a utility bar app where operators can complete inspections while navigating Salesforce for details. It then uses this data to provide real-time analytics to work order location and timing details.
